Create PVC card quality identification cards by using our seamless butterfly pouches with Teslin paper and a laminator. Butterfly laminates, when used with Teslin inserts, create waterproof, durable, edge to edge cards, without the need for a clear sealing border as with standard laminates.

All of our butterfly pouches are CR80 (credit card sized) 2.125”x3.375”, the standard size for cards found in a wallet. They are 10 mil thick, which create a standard 30 mil ID card when combined with a 10 mil Teslin insert. These pouches have a premium matte finish which reduces the glare from direct light that occurs with the standard glossy pouches. ID cards made with our premium matte pouches make laminated ID cards that much more closely resemble PVC cards than standard pouches.

These cards have a 1/2" HiCo magnetic stripe that can be encoded for any purpose with a magnetic stripe encoder such as the EasyIDea Encoder.
